Can’t say enough good things about the level of service at the Udaya. The grounds are also beautiful, pool is gorgeous, and the rooms are nice, but of course in Bali there are many lovely accommodations, so it’s the kindness of the staff that really makes this hotel stand out. There are around 30 rooms in the main hotel, so it has a very intimate feeling and the staff take great care of each guest. We stayed for 5 days. Our checkout and departure was at 6:30am on our last day, so the staff took our breakfast order the day before and had our prepared our food as takeaway before the restaurant was even technically open so we could take it with us to the airport. Will try a villa next time!

We booked the Ubud Pool Suite at the Udaya Resort and Spa and it was incredible! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond with their exceptional customer service. The resort offers a free shuttle service into town every hour, which was incredibly helpful. We did yoga every morning we were there and we loved Lina. She gave us an extra special “sister yoga” class which made it such a memorable experience. We had the flower bath and massage at the spa which was absolutely amazing. We also had the floating breakfast which was so delicious. We would highly recommend booking a stay at the Udaya Resort and Spa. You won’t regret it!
